What OLD movie is this (it has something to do with ghosts, its black and white, and a headless horseman)?

Sounds like Sleepy Hollow, but it wasn't in black and white and there wasn't a ghost. However, it was stylized to look like it was in black and white, much like other Tim Burton films.
