Is there an Inmigration law guru out there? who knows the requisites for company sponsored greencard?

I am not a guru but my boyfriend has gone through it. You need to have a Bachelor's degree in the chosen field or higher. You need to have 7 to 10 years experience in your field. The companies that do sponsor a person are usually big corporations. Once a company decides to sponsor you, you will have to work with that company for a 2 year period. It does not take long for a company to incorporate sponsorship, it is almost immediate.
