Should Jerry Jones Fire Wade Phillips and Hire Mike Shanahan?

They said Mike said he wanted to be on a winning team and that he isn't signing with any team til the offseason. He said there's alot of teams that he is considering, so i think it will be either him or Gruden(aka Chucky)?
