Right front tooth loose (adult tooth)?

Hey, before I ask this question. Please dont tell me how I should be brushing my teeth, im only 14. After this i do it alot more frequently. Lately my right front tooth is loose enough to wiggle. I brush my teeth infrequently. the top of my gums have a tint of white, what should I do. Btw, i just brushed my teeth and the gum just above the tooth just started to bleed;
