How can I catch a wild bird in danger of being shot?

REPORT THESE PEOPLE..why are you messing with trying to trap birds..you would be breaking the law just like them. ALL wild native birds are protected by law..these people are looking at being fined (per bird they have killed) and can do jail time as well. Call your local game warden (US Fish and Game or US Fish and Wildlife in your area).
