What can I do special for someone as an anniversary surprise at Disney?

My girlfriend and I are celebrating our one year anniversary and we're going to EPCOT together. I would like to arrange some sort of surprise for her. Any good surprise ideas? Does EPCOT do anything special for anniversaries if you plan ahead? Any romantic ideas?
