It would probably be good to get into some kind of club, or do some volunteer work. Whatever you do, make it something that you're interested in or care about. There are different kinds of scholarships. Some are need based, for which you would need to fill out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), and some are merit based, and go off of test scores and GPA.
