SUCCESS stories!! or failure stories, so i can learn from your mistakes.?

After my second child I started doing kickboxing workouts at home and lost all of my pregnancy weight- back to normal healthy weight. Then after my 3rd child I started to add weights into my routines and more cardio, doing aerobic drills and step, and kickboxing and I will workout 5-6 days a week, doing weights 3x a week, and cardio every one of those days. I lost more weight, but not too much- I am definately in the best shape I have ever been in. And the only way I lost weight FAST in the beginning was exercising and eating in moderation ( NOT DIETING) I hate diets. I just made sure I didn't eat a lot of bad stuff, and made my meals smaller. Of course now I just eat...I try not to pig out or over eat but I do love to snack!! I have maintained a healthy weight for 2 years now since my 3rd child and I hope to continue. Exercise is the MAIN reason....I make myself do it! I do workout dvds at home. I love it!
