How many cles should i take my first years of college?

i just graduated high school and leaning but NOT SURE on physical therapy. i'm going to a community college for 2 years. should i take more advanced cles the first 2 years of college or can i go standard cles those first two years? will it affect me in the future if i do so? i have a florida bright futures 75% and LEANING towards going to UCF after the first 2 years but i could also end up in new york, tallahee, or cali. basically i'm asking for advice lol. any would be appreciated.
